Questions
What do I need to get started?
Your manuscript as a Word document (.docx) or a PDF. We read its headings and contents page, you check the outline, and the guided set-up takes you through the rest: look and feel, what readers can do, live moments, merch and sponsors.
Will the AI change my words?
No. The structure comes from your own headings, Ask answers only from your text with a citation, and anything generated (an auto-drafted abstract, an AI-drafted quiz) is labelled, editable and live only after you approve it.
What is a live moment?
Either a live session inside your Live Book (your YouTube, Vimeo or Zoom stream, with a Q&A drawn from Ask and a replay afterwards) or a drop: new material released at a set time, with a countdown.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading unlocks features straight away; downgrading keeps your content and switches off what the smaller plan doesn’t include.
Do you take a cut of my merch or sponsorships?
No. Products link to your own store, and sponsorships are between you and your sponsor. We simply show them and count the clicks for you.
Can I keep editing after it’s live?
Always. Edit in the Studio or upload a new draft; readers see the changes when you publish, and your exercises and comments stay attached to their sections.
